Recruitment Services

Fees paid by employers are subject to the terms agreed in the applicable service agreement.

Career Services

Fees paid for resume writing, interview preparation, career counseling, or other consultancy services are generally non-refundable once the service has commenced.

Cancellation

Clients wishing to cancel a scheduled service should notify us as early as possible. Cancellation requests will be considered according to the applicable service agreement.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within the applicable processing period.
Career Lift Consultancy reserves the right to refuse refund requests where services have already been delivered or where misuse or fraudulent activity is identified.
